This is an excellent white clam sauce! It is also very easy! Try it. You'll
love it.
White Clam Sauce for Pasta
==========================
3-4 cloves garlic - crushed or minced
1/4 cup butter
1/8 cup olive oil
2 cans Snows chopped clams, undrained.
1/4 cup white wine
Pepper to taste
1-2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Cook garlic in butter and olive oil until limp. Add clams, wine, parsley,
and pepper, and simmer until slightly thickened. Add salt if necessary to
taste.
